New media operations
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build the brand's overall new media matrix, including but not limited to Shuangweiyiyi, and international social media accounts;
2. Responsible for the daily operation of all accounts under the matrix, data analysis, timely adjustment of operation strategies, understanding of users, maintaining account stickiness, and being responsible for the results;
3. Formulate annual new media promotion goals, plan and implement annual exposure activities, manage and control new media budgets, and achieve full-year exposure goals;
4. According to the development strategy of the brand, select KOL talent candidates and formulate cooperation plans, expand and maintain media and platform resources, introduce KOL, media and other content creators, and establish and expand KOL communication resources;
5. Understand industry trends, actively pay attention to the collection, integration and release of excellent copywriting of the same industry's official account, look for differentiation, expand industry exposure channels, maintain good communication with the outside world, and seek cooperation opportunities;
6. Participate in topic selection planning and video creativity, produce shooting scripts, and maintain communication with Party B's video, advertising, and media companies, and supervise the implementation of the plan;
7. Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, a bachelor degree in journalism, advertising, marketing and other majors, and more than 3 years of work experience in new media;
2. Simple use of PS, AI and other design software, can independently produce basic product posters, and be proficient in various new media tools;
3. Follow hot spots, understand fans, have a big brain, strong sense of the Internet, and have the ability to write text and collect information;
4. In-depth Internet users, understand the operating modes of major new media platforms, and bring their own traffic priority;
5. Fluent in English reading and writing is preferred;
6. Self-driven, proactively discover details, and strive to promote improvement, can adapt to high-intensity and fast pace of work, and have good time management skills;
7. Strong curiosity, positive and optimistic, dare to challenge, good at innovation, value efficiency, good learning and stress resistance.
